Quality, versatile machine.
I like the way it fits into the space I made for it. LOVE the ice making part of the cooler, the cubes are great size and texture. I can’t wait to use it in colder weather for soup, ramen and hot cocoa. Easy assembly. I thought I’d need to send it back, but the sellers helped me with a technical issue, since I’m not tech savvy. Very helpful customer service.

Followed directions and got it up and running. Easy setup on this. Cold water is cold and hot is definitely hot! Makes ice pretty fast. Does what it says it’ll do. Pretty quiet overall. And looks great!

Stopped working after Less Than 3 months

Small. Perfect for apartment living
It is smaller than my last one. And I love it because it can sit on the counter and not take up so much room. it has only one size cube. Works very well and it is quieter than my big one.

It just doesn’t work
Received this item at work. Sat in box for a couple days. I took it out of the box yesterday and read the instructions. I verified all of the parts were there and removed the tape on the ice scoop, ice shovel & ice basket. Washed the inside and dried with a soft cloth and plugged it in. Today, I added water to the fill line and turned it on. It sucked up a little bit of water, then drained it back out again and the red “ADD WATER” light turned on. Instructions say to turn it off, then back on again after 3 minutes. Did that. It sucked up the water again, spit it back out and again the “ADD WATER” light came on. Box was not damaged, machine is not damaged it JUST DOESN’T WORK. That’s the price you pay for off brand items. Off to Igloo I go.After submitting this review the first time, I received multiple texts from the seller, asking if I would take the review down if they refunded the purchase. When I didn’t answer, I received a phone call, asking the same. Tried to notify Amazon about this seller’s business practices, but all I could get was the virtual assistant at the time, as the wait to speak with someone was extremely long.I purchased the item 7/4/22 and returned it by the 18th. After 30 days of no refunds, I contacted Amazon 8/14/22. They refunded my purchase the next day. Thank you, Amazon.

Countertop Purchase
This purchase delivers as advertised. Ice turn around is quick but doesn’t hold reserve for more than 12 hours; you will need to make more. Hot and cold water takes about 15-20 minutes to heat/cool (not instant), but holds temperature once dispensed. Company reps/owners are extremely nice and accommodating.

Melted ice taste like plastic but it makes fast ice
We got this bec our fridge ice maker doesn’t work. However we became quickly disappointed because after we made some ice, didn’t use, it melts and recycles back into the tank… and then taste like plastic water

Save your money
I live in an apartment so I thought this would pay for itself within a year because I wouldn’t have to pay $5 for a bag of ice 2 x a week. Well that’s not the case, In fact it might ending up costing you depending on where you live and your electric company. It does make the ice fairly quick like it says however they forget to mention the fact that if you don’t take it out right away and bag it it just melts and starts the process all over. Now if I had a large freezer I could do just that but then I would have to break the ice up just to fill my glass because the ice is wet when you take it out of the ice maker. I’m completely disappointed and now I know why it was such a deal. Deception is cheap! I wanted to post a video but I am not giving anyone access to my storage even if it is just pictures

I absolutely love this ice maker! Our water line to our fridge broke & flooded our basement. So we’ve been buying ice for almost a year. I had purchased another ice maker but it didn’t keep the ice cold. This one continually makes ice. When it melts it takes the water back up & keeps making ice! The cold & hot water are a bonus! We’ve been using Spring water and it makes for great ice & great tasting water!

I’m a single mom with 4 young men at home, so to say this item was expensive for me, is an understatement. I thought long and hard before finally purchasing this water cooler. We were spending at least $80 a month on bottled water, but now, I can refill a 3 gallon jug for $0.65, and a 5 gallon jug for $0.85. a 5 gallon will last about 4-5 days. We love it. The water is cold, the hot water is hot enough for tea. Seriously, straight into my mug with the tea bag in it. Perfect temp. And my boys use the hot water for their ramen cups of noodles. I would have given 5 stars, but the light feature only works when we push the button for ice. Stupid feature because you really need the light for all 3 dispensers! Especially the hot water side.

Does it’s job but does not keep ice frozen inside
This water cooler works well cooling water and making ice (haven’t tried hot water yet). Something I noticed is the ice maker kept running and using a lot of water. After calling their customer service number (they were very helpful) I found out that the ice maker just makes ice but will not keep it frozen. You have to take it out and put it in a container in your freezer. Otherwise it will melt inside the cooler and continue to use water to make more. So now we run the ice maker for a little bit to fill up a container for the freezer and shut off the ice maker until we are ready for more ice. If you don’t do that it will blow through the water in your jug. Other than that, it works great so we won’t be returning it. However, it would be nice if we could just keep the ice inside and not have to remove it to put in our freezer.

Nice little additions
This product was a little bigger than I expected, but most products that I order are bigger in person. Still it is small enough to fit on the counter without getting in the way of anything. Perfect fit! The production of ice is very very quick and it’s tasty and yummy. No after taste and it’s Extremely quiet. I have it set up in my room because I eat ice all throughout the night and I’m never disturbed By the sound. I can’t forget to mention that even when it is unplugged it still keeps the ice frozen for quite some time and that’s a benefit for me.

Ice Ice Baby!
I love that you can either pour water in or use a bottle. I love the ice shape and how it crumbles when you chew it. Its awesome to not have bags of ice in the freezer!The water only disperses about 4 ounces at a time which is annoying. I have to push it multiple times to get a water bottle full.

Me and three other people tried to get it to work and make ice and from day one itnever didI was in the process of getting return but I fell I’ll and wasn’t able to get it sent back in time I order cause I live in a camper and have no room for bags of ice or ice trays in my freezer and I it would do would take in water and close up like it was making ice and it shook on top of the counter top then stop and let what was suppose to ice lose was just water pour back down in the water holder here it summer hot and I’m still doing without ice

Don’t waste your money
Received the ice maker and let it sit for days. When I finally unpacked it I let it sit again per the instructions. When I finally used it the add water and ice full lights kept flashing. The water did its thing but after 15 minutes it just ran the water back into the reservoir. Never made any ice. Contacted Amazon and the manufacturer for a return label. The manufacturer sent me an email and offered me s $50 discount and to please keep the product. Why would I keep something that doesn’t work and pay for it. The $50 discount does not cover the cost. A rip off.
