Easy to set up. Works great

Arrived very well packaged , let set one hour, good to go. Filling bags of ice in the freezer as I type this.

Easy to use

This machine makes ice! I was a bit nervous after reviews complained about it not keeping the ice cold, but if you have it on, when the ice melts, it goes directly into the bin that you pour water into. This machine just recycles the melted water back to ice. I accidentally left it on for two days over the weekend and I came in on Monday to a half bin of ice! I have trouble understanding how to turn it completely off without unplugging it, so I unplug after each use. I like the shape of the ice, but it does melt faster than solid cubes (but is also made much faster as well). I am very pleased with my purchase and would purchase again!

 This is my favorite purchase this year. It makes about 10 cubes every 5 minutes. I just keep it half filled with water and keep a full basket. This machine stops automatically when the basket is full. The basket places easily and is cut perfectly to fit inside one way so it’s basically fool proof easy operation. This machine is a great value.

Wow!!!! This Ice Maker is awesome!! I used it today for the first time since purchasing it. I’m very impressed to say the least, over the last few hours I filled a Gal. size freezer bag with the large size ( which is not very large} ice. This machine is so quiet, all I heard was the ice being put into the basket. No more ice trays for me, I am hoping that it will continue to work this well, if not I will write another review.

I bought this machine about a month ago and have been very happy with it. The ice is “soft”, makes in two sizes, makes quickly. Would buy it again!!

I’ve been using this for a month and a half now and I bought it primarily for my ice-dyeing hobby/obsession so I wouldn’t have to keep running to the store for bags of ice, which I don’t have the capacity to store and keep frozen anyway. My secondary reason was for use to cool beverages as my fridge does not have an ice-maker.So… I waited this long to review it because, frankly, I didn’t really trust it to not have any issues. But, so far, it has performed very well and gets the job done, and I don’t have one single complaint about it! 🙂 You can choose large or small “cubes”, but I have never tried the large, only the small. It produces (my best guess here) about a half a pound, or slightly more, of small ice “bullets” per hour. The ONLY thing I think could be better about it is (and this is the only reason I gave it a 4 star overall rating instead of 5): there is no clear fill line or marking to know how much water to pour into it. There’s only kind of an indentation or change in angle in the white plastic of the interior that I think is supposed to indicate that’s where you fill it to. So that’s what I’ve been doing, and so far it’s worked out fine. And there’s a light indicator for when it runs low on water anyway, so I don’t have to guess about that. So, I recommend this product!!Update: I bought that on June 21, 2021 and used it most (but not every) days thereafter, for 6 to 10 hours a day. It died on April 1, 2023. I worked it fairly hard for a little less than two years, but a longer life sure would have been nice. I’m sticking with 4 stars though, because it worked so well for all that time.
