The ice cubes are perfect and its so convenient to have a 5 gallon water jug instead of daily filling.Easy to clean. And, The customer service was great when I had issues. They walked me through troubleshooting and offered me a refund when I didn’t feel comfortable making repairs myself.

so easy to use no dipping in to get ice (my grand kids would just sick thier dirty hands in on my old on the counter ice machine….disgusting..) but now no more of that i love the push button for ice the water for drinking is cold colc cold i absolutly love this machine

Great countertop 3in1 water cooler. It’s super convenient to have ice maker, hot water and cold water. Best part is that the cooler doesn’t have a loud noise.
